Originally from Alexandria, Mohamed has lived in Pembrokeshire since 2007, graduating with a 1st class honors degree in Photography from Carmarthen School of Art in 2016, and then a Master’s in Documentary Photography with Distinction at the University of South Wales in 2023.

In Wales, he has exhibited in Many Voices, One Nation 2 at Ffotogallery, and Responding to Rembrandt at Oriel Davies. He was additionally commissioned by Collective Cymru/National Theatre Wales to document communities for Festival UK 2022.
