Nation Broadcasting’s Promotion 'Workout Wednesday' (‘Promotion’) is organised by Nation Broadcasting. The Promotion will run from Wednesday 1st January 2025 at 6am until Wednesday 19th February 2025 at 23:59, across Radio Carmarthenshire.
