Not A Statistic Northeast weekly sessions are free to attend and open to anyone aged 16 or over, regardless of gender, race, religion, sexuality, or social situation.
They provide a safe, welcoming space where people can talk, connect, and support one another through shared experiences.
Tea, coffee, and what are competitively called the "best biscuits in town" are available at each session, reinforcing the friendly, community-focused atmosphere.
Unlike traditional therapy or counselling, these sessions are peer-led, allowing participants to receive support from those with lived experience of mental health challenges.
Attendees can
join as often as they like, with no pressure to return.
