Often we use the newer DAB+ encoding.  This does mean some DAB radios will be unable to receive our signal - if that's the case you may see the station name but receive no audio.  When you upgrade your radio look out for the DAB+ tickmark.  You can find out more about this here: https://getdigitalradio.com/new-look-digital-radio-tick-mark-launched/

Smartspeakers

Amazon Alexa - say "Play <service name you require>" - if this fails ask your device to "enable Nation Player" and follow any instructions to add this skill, then "ask Nation Player to Play <the service name you require>".

Amazon Fire TV - search and install Nation Player.

Google home and Apple - unfortunately we do not currently support these platforms directly, however you may still be able to find the station through third party aggregators such as Radioplayer and TuneIn.  

You may also be able to find the station on other listing services by searching for the station you require.

Mobile App
