Every day in the UK, 12 men lose their lives to suicide. Our 12 Dip Challenge is in honour of those men those who, for whatever reason, felt they could not carry on.

Our message is simple: There is always hope. Life can be tough, but together, we can break the stigma that says men must “man up” or “not cry.”

Reach out, ask for support, and take the support because better days are coming.

This is a FREE event and
everyone is welcome men, women, and children (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult ).

What to Bring:

✅ Warm clothes to change into
✅ Hot drinks (flask)
✅ Food/snacks for the day
✅ Travel with a buddy please don’t travel alone
✅ Stick with the group for safety & support
✅ If you have health concerns, speak to your GP before joining
